V&V residents is a new 5* Villa in Rogoznica on a beautiful location near the sea and near the famous marina - Marina Frapa, near the promenade with restaurants and shops, with a lot of entertainment for children. The holiday house is located 2 min walk from the main pebble beach of Rogoznica and another wild beach is located 5 min walk through the forest on the other side.
In front of the house there is a sea wide promenade, but house is the second line (which gives this place privacy), behind the house there is a forest and sea which gives you an opportunity to enjoy sea view from the house.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a large kitchen and large dining area from where you can get to the terrace and outdoor swimming pool ( not heated ) and one extra bathroom with shower. Also on this level there is a laundry room. Stairs down will lead you to the wine cellar. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms.
On the second floor there is a master bedroom with a round bed ( 220x220), seating area and small kitchenette.
The whole house has automatic blinds and mosquito nets, video surveillance system, floor heating which makes it possible for living in the house around all year. The house has a professional air-condition, boiler, internet and wi-fi. Each bedroom has speakers, has all appliances, satellite TV, speakers and subwoofers. In the decoration of the house high-quality materials were used: wood, Italian ceramics, sanitary ware and shower enclosures.
The plot is planted with Mediterranean plants, a variety of citrus fruits and has a system of drip irrigation.
