Villa Valeria is a new house in Rogoznica on a beautiful location near the sea and near the famous marina - Marina Frapa, near the promenade with restaurants and shops, with a lot of entertainment for children. The holiday house is located 2 min walk from the main pebble beach of Rogoznica and another wild beach is located 5 min walk through the forest on the other side.
In front of the house there is a sea wide promenade, but the house is the second line (which gives this place privacy), behind the house there is a forest and sea which gives you an opportunity to enjoy sea view from the house.
The holiday house has 6 bedrooms, located on three floors, two kitchens. On the ground floor there is one apartment with two bedrooms, shower, living room with kitchen, terrace and separate entrance. On the second and third floor is the second apartment with four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, shower, bath, large living room and kitchen, the apartment has a laundry room and a separate entrance.
Each floor has its own large terrace. Two floors have dining tables, where guests can enjoy breakfast overlooking the sea. On the third floor there is a sleeping area with the terrace equipped with sun beds for relaxation and sunbathing.
The whole house has automatic blinds and mosquito nets, video surveillance system, floor heating which makes it possible for living in the house around all year. The house has a professional air-condition, boiler, internet and wi-fi. Each bedroom has speakers, has all appliances, satellite TV, speakers and subwoofers. In the decoration of the house high-quality materials were used: wood, Italian ceramics, sanitary ware and shower enclosures.
Next to the house there is a building with a barbecue, with an operating roof planted with Mediterranean plants. Barbecue is closed completely with sliding glass which makes it possible to open it, so the barbecue is ideal for use in winter and summer.
The barbecue place has a TV and the necessary kitchen utensils. There is a place for grilling and a real Kazakh cauldron. Barbecue place is great for the large company of people with a view of the forest and nature.
The plot is planted with Mediterranean plants, a variety of citrus fruits and has a system of drip irrigation.
